Special Guest – Rev. Ray Morris
Ray grew up in the Nazarene church and attended Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho where he and Pastor John met and have been friends ever since. He is currently the pastor of the innovative Renaissance Church, an independent, non-denominational church in east Portland. The church meets in a coffee shop, Renaissance Cafe, which serves as Ray's home base for pastoring the neighborhood. He currently understands his calling as a missionary to the foreign culture of Portland. We welcome Ray and his wife Deidre to Springfield!

Special Speaker – Glenn Culbertson
Glenn has pastored Nazarene churches for 20 years, including ministering in Mexico. Now he serves with the Voice Volunteer Network for Voice of the Martyrs. He has served on short term missions to Central America and the Caribbean. More recently, he ministered twice in India, teaching at Bible Colleges, conducting seminars, and leading a short term mission team. Currently, he is a regular contributor to "Global Prayer Digest," a monthly devotional focused on Unreached People Groups. And he acts as the administrator for “Summit to Summit Men's Retreat.”
Voice of the Martyrs (VOM) exists to help persecuted Christians and their families in more than 50 countries around the world. VOM began after the Communist Romanian government arrested Pastor Richard Wurmbrand and tortured him for years. When he and his family were allowed to leave the country they told the world what the Communists were doing. Today their ministry has grown to serve persecuted believers wherever they are.
