During the COVID-19 pandemic and the mandated stay at home orders, as we worship in our homes, Pastor John leads the church through daily prayerful, meditative, and reflective readings of the longest chapter in the entire Bible.  Psalm 119 is divided into 22 sections, one section for each letter of the Hebrew alphabet.  We will read a section a day, and then discuss together online in our church Facebook group.

Today’s takeaway # 14 – joy, happiness, and contentment.  Everybody is looking for these qualities and yet they seem to be elusive in our culture.  The Psalmist found the key to the joy of his heart and it was in the word and statutes of the Lord (v. 111)
